It is important to state clearly that in the year 2020, certain individuals who were then working closely with Hami Sahib were found to be involved in a major financial fraud. When this fraud began to surface, the same individuals carried out a murderous attack on Hami Sahib.

During this attack:

They entered his bedroom late at night

Tied him with ropes
Subjected him to severe physical assault
And recorded a video of this criminal act
These are not allegations but documented facts.

About one month ago, Hami Sahib addressed a press conference where he:

Responded to every allegation with clear evidence and logic
Showed the photograph of the murderous attack to the media, on the basis of which by orders of a competent court an FIR was also registered against the accused persons

Placed all relevant facts and proofs before the public

In his most recent video statement, while addressing all allegations, Hami Sahib openly and publicly challenged Sandeep Mawa to come forward along with any Government authority or administration and cross-check his income, assets, land records, and all financial matters to substantiate the accusations being made.

This was a direct, transparent, and lawful challenge.

However, instead of accepting this open challenge and subjecting the allegations to official verification, Sandeep Mawa chose to evade the truth. Rather than cooperating with authorities, he continued to level new, baseless, and misleading allegations, clearly indicating an attempt to divert attention and escape accountability.

Yesterday, Sandeep Mawa publicly claimed that
“there is a video of Hami Sahib in my mobile phone,”
and further stated that he intends to show this video on Friday.
We categorically clarify that the video in question is the same murderous attack video recorded by the accused during the 2020 assault, which is now being referred to again with the intention of intimidation, blackmail, and creating public unrest.This is a well-planned and deliberate conspiracy
Its sole objective is to malign the image of a religious leader
And to disturb peace and harmony in Kashmir
We strongly caution the people of Kashmir in advance to remain alert and not fall prey to this fitna, propaganda, or character assassination campaign based on false, recycled, or misrepresented material..

We further strongly demand that the:

Government of India
Jammu & Kashmir LG Administration
Police and Cyber Police
take strict legal action against Sandeep Mawa and all other individuals involved in this conspiracy, including the illegal possession, circulation, or threat of circulation of criminal evidence, in accordance with the law
so that truth is protected, justice is ensured, and such attempts to threaten, defame, or destabilize society are stopped permanently.

Truth cannot be suppressed forever.
